Kwame is the founder of the Pan African Centre for Climate (PACC) Policy. Kwame is a Serial Entrepreneur and Climate Solution Enthusiasts with over 15 years of experience in Africa development-focused policy formulation, project management, and coordination. Kwame has both public and private sector experience and has worked for the Government of Ghana Youth & Employment Ministry and US/Canada-based private and non-governmental organizations.

He was part of the United Nations Interagency Expert Group Meeting on Goals and Targets for Monitoring the Progress of Youth in the Global Economy New York, May 2007. As a Serial Entrepreneur, Kwame has contributed to numerous youth startup social enterprise initiatives in Ghana and Nigeria. He has coordinated projects funded by World Bank, UNICEF, and Ford Foundation. In 2016, Cuso International appointed Kwame in a capacity as an Organizational Development and Coordination Specialist to work on a Global Affairs Canada funded YOULEAD Project in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria.

Kwame has 20 years’ professional experience which covers International Trade Finance, Banking Operations, Micro Finance, Marketing, and Executive Management. Kwame was the first Branch Operations Officer recruited by Opportunity International in Ghana. Between 2009 to 2012 he managed several Management positions until his appointment as acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2012. He was confirmed by the Board as the first local CEO of Opportunity International Savings and Loans in August 2013.

Dr. Clement Julius Mashamba is currently an Adjunct Senior Lecturer/Professor in Law – University of Iringa, Tanzania; a Part-time Senior Lecturer in Law at the St. Augustine University of Tanzania; He is also an external examiner of LL.M. and Ph.D. students at the University of Western Cape, at Bellville, Cape Town, South Africa; Fort Hare University, South Africa; the Open University of Tanzania; and Ruaha Catholic University, Tanzania. As a scholar, Dr. Mashamba has hundreds of publications including books, journal articles, chapters and reviews under his authorship.

Dr. Mashamba has been a Member of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child (ACERWC), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from July 2010 to 28 February 2021. His other membership in professional associations include: African Network for Prevention and Protection Against Child Abuse and Neglect (Tanzania Chapter) (from September 2016 to date); Assistant Editor of the Tanganyika Law Society Law Reports (from 2016 to date); and Member of the Board of Directors of the Women in Law and Development in Africa (WiLDAF, Tanzania Brach) (from December 2020 to date).

She is a voiceover Artist. She Emcees (MC) at corporate events , weddings and records commercial jingles for companies. 

Dr. Asafu-Adjaye volunteered as part of the coordinators for the First Businesswomen’s Summit in Ghana, organized by Eagle Women Empower Club (EWEC) which was part of the African Business Women Network with sponsorship from Vital Voices in USA and Exxon Mobile. With this passion she nurtured the child online safety.

She gets fulfilled any time she is mentoring or giving a speech to a group of people.

She says, her way of socializing with the world is visiting a family member or a friend and traveling to a place she’s never been.
She believes in being your own Catalyst and so we affect the world of Children and young people for Africa.
